Efficient and Sustainable Fleet at Black Cat Logistics
Our fleet features low deck trucks designed for high volume transport and efficiency, equipped with Euro 6 DAF trucks boasting the largest cabs for international haulage. With a unique chassis and small tyres, these trucks are ideal for transporting large volumes with lowered loading floors, offering 30% more loading volume than standard trucks and facilitating ergonomic loading/unloading for items like flight cases and motorsport vehicles.
All trucks can adjust their fifth wheel height from 95 to 115 centimeters, ensuring compatibility with various trailer types for flexible transport planning.
Committed to sustainability, we fuel our fleet with diesel enhanced by Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil (HVO) additives. Our use of Blue Diesel, ranging from 30% to 50% HVO blends, significantly reduces our environmental impact, making our operations more eco-friendly.

Overview of LHV Legislation in Europe
Longer Heavier Vehicles (LHVs) have seen varied legislation across Europe. Sweden and Finland are at the forefront, permitting LHVs of up to 74 tonnes and 76 tonnes, respectively. Germany, while not allowing cross-border LHVs officially, accepts them up to 44 tonnes and 25.25 metres on 70% of its motorways, pending a bilateral declaration for rule harmonization.
Spain embraces LHVs up to 60 tonnes and 25.25 metres, similar to Norway, which opens 3,950 km of public and 600 km of private roads to these dimensions. Belgium has designated 49 routes for LHVs, and Portugal allows up to 60 tonnes and 25.25 metres for heavy haulage and timber transport. In the Netherlands and Denmark, LHVs can navigate most roads with these specifications, and both the Czech Republic and Estonia are evaluating their feasibility.
Our fleet includes two LZVs in the Netherlands, each comprising two 13.6m Megabox trailers on a dolly, showcasing our commitment to utilizing efficient and compliant transport solutions across Europe.
