The Project
International artists deserve world-class logistics
When an international artist tours across Europe with locally sourced production, tight schedules and multiple countries to cover in a short period of time, logistics becomes much more than transportation alone.
For the European tour of Davido, Black Cat Logistics provided complete behind-the-scenes logistics support, ensuring that every show could be delivered according to schedule.
The operation required detailed planning, real-time coordination and the flexibility to adapt instantly to changing circumstances across multiple countries and venues.
The Challenge
The tour consisted of multiple European shows with demanding turnaround times between venues. Production equipment, backline and touring gear needed to arrive at exactly the right place and time while navigating the complexities of international touring.
The operation required careful coordination of European driving regulations, international border crossings, ferry and rail connections, tight load-in and load-out schedules, local production teams and limited turnaround times between consecutive shows.
For larger productions, parts of the touring equipment were advanced to selected venues ahead of schedule, reducing setup times and supporting local crews.

Driver changes, route adjustments and operational support could therefore be carried out without affecting the tour schedule.
Throughout the tour, our operations team continuously monitored vehicle movements and remained available around the clock to respond immediately to schedule changes, delays or unexpected situations.
